Product Delivery Condition

Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud stage depending on freshness and availability.

Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off Timings (IST)

  • Same-Day Standard Delivery: Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM (Monday – Sunday).

  • Same-Day Fixed Time Delivery: Orders must be placed before 6:30 PM (Monday – Sunday).

  • Same-Day Midnight Delivery: Orders must be placed before 7:00 PM (Monday – Sunday).

Midnight Deliveries

Midnight deliveries will be attempted between 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM on the selected delivery date.

Fixed Time Deliveries

While we strive to deliver at the selected time, exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Orders may be delivered 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after the chosen time slot.

Delivery Coverage

Currently, The Petal Studio delivers to Express Cities, Courier Cities, and selected Remote Areas.

For major occasions and festive days, we recommend placing your order at least 3–5 days in advance to avoid last-minute delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on:

  • Product availability

  • Delivery location

  • Traffic and operational conditions

Possible Reasons for Delay

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Political disruptions

  • Natural calamities

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, our team will proactively contact you via Email / SMS / WhatsApp with updates.

The Petal Studio shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Perishable Items Policy (Flowers & Cakes)

For perishable items like flowers and cakes:

  • Only one delivery attempt will be made.

  • If the delivery attempt fails, the order will still be considered executed.

  • No re-delivery or refund will be possible.

Orders will be treated as completed in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping/delivery address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Premises locked

  • Recipient refuses to accept delivery

If the recipient is not available, they may request the delivery partner to leave the order at:

  • Security gate

  • Reception

  • Neighbor

If No One Is Available at Delivery Address

The order will not be considered late in such cases, and no refunds or cancellations will be applicable.

However, we will make reasonable efforts such as:

  • Calling the recipient to reschedule delivery

  • Leaving a delivery notification note

  • Leaving the bouquet/arrangement in a covered and secure area

  • Leaving the bouquet with a neighbor and informing the recipient

🌸 Flower Care

  • If your flowers arrive in a closed bud stage, don’t worry. Simply trim the stems and place them in fresh water — they will bloom beautifully in no time.

  • Flowers stay fresh best in temperatures between 8°C to 22°C.

  • Avoid placing flowers in:

    • Direct sunlight

    • Near heating or cooling vents

    • Under ceiling fans

    • Hot or humid areas

How to care for your bouquet:

  • Remove the packaging and allow the flowers to breathe.

  • Place them in a clean vase filled with fresh water.

  • Change the water daily.

  • Trim at least 2 cm from the stems every day.

  • Remove any leaves below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth.

Note:
While we strive to ensure that our products are accurately represented in photographs, seasonal availability may require our florists to substitute certain flowers with blooms of equal or higher quality, appearance, and value. Rest assured, your arrangement will always look stunning and elegant.

🎂 Cake Care

  • Store the cake in a refrigerator immediately upon delivery.

  • Best consumed within 24 hours for optimal freshness and taste.

🌿 Plant Care

  • Keep plants in natural indirect light or bright artificial light.

  • Water the soil directly — avoid watering leaves and flowers.

  • Do not overwater or allow plants to stand in water.

  • Keep the soil consistently moist, but not soggy.

  • For flowering plants, occasional light misting may help.

  • Maintain room temperature between 18°C to 28°C.

  • Avoid direct sunlight and placing plants near heating or air-conditioning vents.

  • Remove dry leaves and stems regularly to keep the plant healthy.
